Utah Parent Center says about the class, “When your child reaches their 18th birthday they will be considered an adult, even if they have a disability. This is an informational presentation to learn about the basics of guardianship and what other alternatives are available. You will learn the different types of guardianship and what things can be done in place of guardianship. You will learn how to file for guardianship and given resources to find more information if that is what you choose.”
